Next step is the first meeting. It will include a walk through of your home including the basement and the exterior. We will discuss in a bit more detail the scope of the work and if it can happen the way you visualize it. We will also discuss with you the design requirements, drawings, permits, setbacks, egress complications, etc. Have your plat plan ready.

From demolition to completion, the project can take anywhere from a few weeks to months depending on the scope of work. It's best to plan early when you decide to take on an Addition Project.
